Safety is part of how Crown Inc. plans, staffs, and executes commercial painting work. Our goal is to protect employees, customers, other trades, and the properties where we work.

We emphasize preparation, communication, proper equipment, and attention to jobsite conditions.

Training & Compliance

Health and Safety

Crown Inc. maintains a strong safety culture through employee training, supervisor certifications, equipment-specific instruction, and ongoing compliance practices.

Employee Safety Training

  • All employees are certified and complete the standard 10-hour OSHA safety course.
  • All foremen are certified and complete the 30-hour OSHA safety course.
  • All foremen are First Aid and CPR certified.
  • All spray work employees are fit tested and respirator certified.

Specific Training

Crown Inc. has two in-house JLG Certified Operator Training instructors who train and certify employees on the following MEWP classifications:

  • MEWP A92.2
  • MEWP Type 1, Group A & B
  • MEWP Type 3, Group A & B
  • Compliance Code A92.24

Jobsite Safety Readiness

  • Silica exposure training
  • Heat illness prevention training
  • Ladder and scaffold safety training
  • Fall protection and rescue training
